When a landlord signs up for our ultimate Full House Service Add On they all of our services bundled into one which includes Find A Tenant (8% Fee). Rent Collection Add On (2% Fee), Managed Property Add On (3% Fee) as well as our Full House Add (2% Fee) giving a total additional 7% Add On Fees and a Total Fee of 15%. Again, our fees are deducted from the rent payments we receive
